KyoskGo
KyoskGo is an all-in-one local commerce and business operating platform that helps anyone sell products, services, and bookings — from street vendors and home businesses to salons, restaurants, and multi-location brands. Built end-to-end by a single founder-engineer using AdonisJS, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

KyoskGo
Local Commerce & Business Operating Platform
KyoskGo is an all-in-one local commerce and business operating platform designed for anyone who sells products, services, bookings, food, experiences, or digital offerings — from street vendors and home businesses to salons, restaurants, freelancers, mechanics, gyms, clinics, and multi-location brands.
Instead of businesses needing Instagram, WhatsApp, Excel sheets, Google Forms, a separate POS, a booking app, a website builder, and a delivery system — KyoskGo centralizes everything into a single ecosystem.
The Problem
Most small businesses excel at what they do — cooking food, offering skilled services, creating products — but struggle with everything else: reaching customers, managing operations, organizing orders, handling bookings, tracking inventory, understanding analytics, and building trust online. The tools available are either too basic, too expensive, or too fragmented.
KyoskGo solves this by giving small businesses "big brand" capabilities without requiring technical knowledge.
What Makes KyoskGo Different
Most platforms focus on only one thing: food delivery, booking, e-commerce, or social media. KyoskGo merges them all. It is map-first, item-first, service-first, and local-first. Customers don't just search for businesses — they search directly for what they need: "cold coffee near me", "haircut tomorrow", "home tiffin", "plumber", "birthday cake" — and instantly discover nearby sellers with pricing, availability, and options.
My Role
I am the founder and sole engineer building KyoskGo end-to-end. From architecture and database design to frontend, backend, payments integration, and deployment — every line of code, every design decision, every product choice is mine.
Tech Stack
AdonisJS 7, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, TailwindCSS, Inertia.js, MSG91, Razorpay
Core Features Built
Business Creation & Storefronts
Anyone can create a shop, restaurant, salon, freelance service, or home business without coding. Each business gets a storefront page, item catalog, service listings, map visibility, booking support, pricing systems, customer management, and analytics.
Product & Service Management
Businesses can create products, services, packages, subscriptions, combos, experiences, and rentals — with images, descriptions, variants, inventory tracking, tax settings, dynamic pricing, availability, add-ons, and scheduling.
Booking Management System
Full booking infrastructure supporting appointments, reservations, consultations, classes, events, resource scheduling, recurring bookings, and group bookings. Includes slot management, availability logic, cancellations, rescheduling, reminders, and booking history.
Map-First & Item-First Discovery
Users explore businesses on a live OpenStreetMap interface, discover nearby services, browse by category, search by item name, and filter by ratings, price, availability, and distance. The item-first approach means searching "chicken biryani" shows who sells it, nearby pricing, and availability — creating much stronger buyer intent than traditional directory apps.
Dynamic Pricing Engine
Advanced pricing systems usually reserved for enterprise software: fixed pricing, markup pricing, margin pricing, package pricing, conditional pricing, discounts, overrides, taxes, and bundled pricing. This allows businesses to intelligently manage profit margins and promotional offers.
Orders, Payments & Invoices
Full cart, checkout, order tracking, invoicing, receipts, payments, and subscription management. Integrated with Razorpay and designed for multi-currency support across India and international markets.
Vendor Dashboard & Business OS
A complete operational dashboard where businesses manage orders, customers, bookings, inventory, analytics, payments, invoices, staff workflows, and subscriptions. This transforms KyoskGo from a marketplace into a full business operating system.
Multi-tenant Architecture
Built from the ground up with multi-tenancy in mind. Each business operates in its own isolated space with independent catalogs, orders, staff, and settings — all running on a shared infrastructure designed for horizontal scaling.
Architecture Decisions
I chose AdonisJS 7 for its robust ORM, built-in validation, and TypeScript-first approach — giving me Laravel-level developer experience in the Node.js ecosystem. PostgreSQL handles the relational complexity of multi-tenant data, Redis powers real-time features and caching, and Inertia.js lets me build a modern SPA without maintaining a separate API layer. The entire stack is designed for scalability and international expansion.
Current Status
KyoskGo is in active beta development with major platform infrastructure operational, vendor systems functional, booking systems in progress, payments integrated, dashboards operational, and search/discovery evolving rapidly. The focus now is on polish, UX refinement, scaling, operational stability, and preparing for production launch.
Vision
KyoskGo aims to become the infrastructure layer for local commerce — a unified business operating system and discovery engine for local economies. Not just another marketplace, but digital empowerment for small businesses and accessible entrepreneurship infrastructure that bridges offline businesses with modern digital experiences.
